All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment.
All services will require you to add a valid credit card to your file. Without a deposit or a valid credit card on file, your appointment will not be booked. Deposits may be transferred ONCE, in the event you need to reschedule with proper 24 hours’ notice. After this time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
You can reschedule appointments that require a deposit prior to the 48 hours of appointment time - ONE TIME ONLY.
Once your appointment is booked - unless we hear otherwise, we expect you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Your beauty service is reserved especially for you.
We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies in place. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Any no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the total amount deposit paid. There is a waitlist for popular times of day or days of the week. Please notify us with at least 24 hours’ notice so someone else can enjoy the service.
No-Shows to appointments will result in 100% payment of your scheduled service(s) charge to your card on file.
Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments.
Confirmations and Reminders
As a courtesy, we will text/email to remind you of your appointment. You will get several alerts to keep you informed so you don’t forget your scheduled appointment. This also helps in case you need to reschedule.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
Arrival Time and Grace Periods
We recommend new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete a New Client form, a brief consultation, and prepare for your service(s).
After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and considered “missed” and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
We accept Cash for your final payment upon checkout of your appointment. If you wish to pay via Apple Pay or Venmo, a 3% fee will apply. Full payment is due upon completion of your appointment. All payments are FINAL.
Fills are required every 2-3 weeks to maintain optimal fullness and natural lash health. If it's been more than 3.5 weeks since your last appointment, please schedule a full set.
We require at least 50 percent lash retention to be considered a fill. If you have less than 50 percent lash retention, please schedule a full set.
We have a “no guest, no children” policy.
Please arrive to your appointment with freshly washes eyes for optimal results.
If your natural lashes have strip lash glue, makeup, mascara, or buildup, the extensions will NOT BOND PROPERLY & you will experience excessive shedding to which I am not responsible. Arrive with any of the above and a $30.00 cleaning fee added to your balance. If we are unable to get lashes clean enough to refill, removal and a full set will be required.
If time doesn’t permit, you will have to reschedule and will lose your deposit or be charged a Same Day Cancellation Fee*.
