I have been going to Joi for almost a year now & switching to her from my old lash tech was the best thing I've done. Not only is she personable, she is hilarious. Joi is a MASTER lash tech. When I started going to her I had no real knowledge of lashes other than me just thinking I look pretty in them. She educates me & helps me make educated decisions on what lashes I want/ like each time. Most lash techs just throw whatever lashes they have on. We talk each time about density, length, & curl which are super important to get the look you want. I've experienced losing all my lashes before, now, because of Joi, I am able to retain my lashes while having extensions. Long story short...If you're not going to Joi for any of the services she offers....What are you doing?

Gorgeous lash job and very professional. JM provided a full lash care kit and took her time to make the perfect cat eye. The environment and the lash bed was so comfortable. I love my lashes!

Legit!!! Joi performed lip blushing for me. From start to finish, my experience with Joi was AMAZING!! Scheduling was super flexible and easy. She walked me through the entire process prior to the appointment and made me feel at ease. The actual appointment was conducted in an extremely professional manner. Joi had everything ready when I arrived. Her space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The process itself was pain-free thanks to the numbing cream Joi applied. After finishing, Joi thoroughly explained the aftercare instructions and provided me with everything I needed (lip swabs, 2 different ointments, card that explained the healing process). She continued to check in on me via email and text to ensure I was healing properly. I cannot recommend Joi enough! I am absolutely in love with the finished product! She literally got the exact color match I was looking for! Do not trust your lips with anyone else, Just Joi!

Joi did a fantastic job with the lashes. She was very meticulous in applying each lash. I wanted a natural look and she delivered. The process was very relaxing. I dozed off during the application. The atmosphere in her space was relaxing, clean, and fresh. I appreciated her clear directions and post-application cleaning kit and follow-up email.

She won't quit until both she and her client are 100% satisfied. I love that refills are based on the type of set you have, rather than a set amount of time.
